Booking Rule

Tour Packages are normally book with an advance payment of minimum 50% of total package amount & Rest of amount (full & final payment) has tyo be deposite minimum 20 days prior to the date of journey.
All Tour Packages includes Accomodation, Foods, Sightseeing, Pick up & Drop Service from railway station or airport.
All Tour Packages Excluding Food in train during the journey & train fare, Personal Expences, Any entry fees (If required).

Hotel Booking, Train Ticket booking, Air ticket booking are done by us with a full payment of actual cost of booking from guest.

Cancellation rules
A minimum Cancellation Charges Of Rs. 1000/- Only is Charged for Cancellation After Ensuring The Booking.
Cancellation Charges
10% OF THE TOTAL TOUR COST BEFORE 110 DAYS
15% OF THE TOTAL TOUR COST BEFORE 90 DAYS
20% OF THE TOTAL TOUR COST BEFORE 60 DAYS
25% OF THE TOTAL TOUR COST BEFORE 30 DAYS
40% OF THE TOTAL TOUR COST BEFORE 20 DAYS
50% OF THE TOTAL TOUR COST BEFORE 05 DAYS
Any Cancellation within 5 days from the date of journey is non refundable.

N.B. : Any cancellation will not accept over telephone. For cancellation kindly produce the original money receipt or booking form or send us mail from the mail where we send confirmation mail.
