Day 1 - Arrival at Hasimara , a drive to Phuntsholing (1.5 hrs.)
After your arrival to Hashimara there will be our representatives waiting for the receptions. Your
journey will begin from here.

Overnight: Phuntsholing
Day 2 - Phuntsholing to Thimphu (4-5 hrs.)
After having your breakfast, our representatives will guide you to the immigration office to
complete the visa/permit formalities and to obtain it (for immigration it will take around 1 hour).
After getting your permits we will proceed towards Thimphu.
After that you will be enrooted drive through picturesque towns of Gedu University and Gedu
waterfalls.
Chhukha- Dam View Point with few possible sightseeing and Chuzom.
Arrival in Thimphu (check into the hotel)
After 5 PM, visit the fortress of Thimphu, Tashichho Dzong, which houses the throne of the
king. Evening walk around the happening town, the largest and the most crowded town in
Bhutan.
Overnight: Thimphu
Day 3 - Thimphu to Punakha Sightseeing (3 hrs.)
Morning visit Memorial Chorten- Built in the memory of our 3rd Druk Gyelpo (King)
Visit Folk Heritage Museum which explains how a traditional house used to be like in the olden
days.
Later visit the Buddha point- The highest stachu of sitting Buddha in the world.
Drive to Punakha crossing over Dochula pass (3200 mts). If the weather permits one can enjoy a
spectacular breath taking view of the highest mountain peaks of Bhutan at a site that stretches
almost 180 degrees. Take a break and walk around the newly built 108 stupas and continue to the
sub-tropical valley of Punakha offering different vegetation.
Visit Punakha Dzong (fortress), which houses the most elaborated temple in the country. This is
a must to see fortress in Bhutan and a fine example of Bhutanese rich Art and Architecture.Overnight: Punakha
Day 4 - Punakha to Paro (5 Hrs.)
Morning visit Chimmi Lakhang, the temple of fertility associated with religious art of phallus
Drive back to Paro crossing over Dochula La pass.
On a way visit Simthokha Dzong the oldest and the 1st fortress build in Bhutan.
Upon arrival in Paro, visit Paro Dzong (Fortress) and national museum of Bhutan.
Evening back to the hotel.

Day 5 - Tiger nest hike (Taktsang Monastery)
Morning drive to the base for the hike (3 hrs uphill) to Tiger’s Nest, the most revered temple in
the country that literally hangs on a granite cliff overlooking the Paro valley. Most of the day
will go on the hike.
On the way back, if you have the energy and time visit the Kichu Lakhang, one of the oldest
temples in Bhutan which marks the beginning of Buddhism in the country
Overnight: Paro
Day 6 - Paro- Phuntsholing (4-5 hrs.)
After breakfast will head towards Drukgyel Dzong to see the amazing views of Jhomolhari and
to see the newly rebuilt Drukgyel Dzong which was ruined decades ago.
Then we will proceed to Town to have some leisure time and to do some shopping.
After that we will start our journey towards Phuntsholing with some stopover in middle to click
and enjoy the beauty of nature.
Overnight: Phuntsholing
Day 7 - Departure
You all will be transferred to Hasimara (place from where your beautiful journey to explore
Bhutan had beguine).
Our guide/driver will bid you Farewell.
